Which wedding gown designer always has buttons all the way down the train with a jewel every 4?

I’m looking for a dress I saw in a boutique but it had the tag removed, and the buttons and jewels down the back seem to be a signature touch of the designer (the dresses were in the $1000 range) please let me know if you’re familiar with the designer!

Why did it say that did I do something wrong?
